About Chris Hargreaves
As a Consultant, with 14 years’ experience, I have managed and contributed to the management of software implementation projects on all scales, using SDLC methodology and various Agile frameworks, including SCRUM, LEAN and KanBan. As a Scrum Master, I was responsible for teaching and coaching new Scrum teams, acting as a change champion and supporting all team members as they expanded their skill, knowledge and efficiency as a Scrum team. As a Project Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of a given initiative, to include drafting the initial Project Charter and Statement of Work, hosting planning meetings, managing resources, facilitating proper handover, project close out and lessons learned. In addition, I also have a wealth of experience as a Business Analyst/Solutions Consultant. My experience under this role includes eliciting, analyzing, communicating and validating requirements for changes to business processes impacted by the implementation of new functionality and/or new applications. Over the past 6 years, I have been a critical team member for a firm wide, multi-year, multi-million-dollar re-engineering initiative. I currently hold a PSM I certification and am actively working towards my PSM II.
