Kevin Qian currently serves as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Guideline. He has been holding this position since 2021 and operates out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Kevin Qian has a significant background in finance with Deutsche Bank, where he worked from 2013 to 2019. He began as an Associate based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for three months in 2013. Later, he served again as an Associate in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2014 to 2017. Eventually, he was promoted to Vice President, holding the role from 2018 to 2019. His responsibilities included financial analysis, portfolio management, and developing financial strategies to support the bank’s operations.

Kevin’s career in finance began with roles including Securitization Analyst at Deloitte & Touche in New York, NY from 2006 to 2008, and Valuation Analyst at Sterling Valuation Group from 2008 to 2009. He then moved on to Fannie Mae as a Financial Engineer in the Washington D.C. Metro Area, where he worked from 2010 to 2012.
