Mike Nelson currently holds the position of CTO at Guideline. Since joining the company in 2015, he has played a key role in developing a cost-effective 401(k) platform by integrating the entire 401(k) stack. His efforts have been instrumental in building a full-featured 401(k) platform from scratch.

From 2012 to 2015, Mike Nelson served as a Staff Engineer at TaskRabbit in the San Francisco Bay Area. During this time, he contributed to various engineering tasks and was part of significant projects within the company.
Roles at SkillSlate and Accelgolf
Before joining TaskRabbit, Mike Nelson worked at SkillSlate as a Rails Engineer and later as CTO from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, he served as a Mobile Developer and CTO at Accelgolf from 2007 to 2010 in the Portland, Maine area. These roles involved significant leadership and technical responsibilities.
