At Happy Money, as the Senior Director of Engineering, I lead the originations engineering team behind the Payoff Loan, our flagship product that underscores our commitment to financial wellness by aiding individuals in refinancing credit card debt. We take pride in our collaborations with Credit Unions and community-focused lenders, emphasizing our unwavering commitment to members. Prior to leading our originations engineering team, I spearheaded Hive by Happy Money, an innovative platform poised to reshape the credit union landscape. It empowers credit unions to diversify, trade loan types, and optimize their balance sheets. In my role, I steer product development and architecture for loan originations. This spans funnel optimization, identity verification, risk assessment, pricing strategies, and facilitating loans to alleviate consumer credit card debt. Partnering with product, design, and business units, our mission is to forge scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions tailored for users.
