He also served as a Consultant at the International Telecommunication Union and as an NCD mHealth Developer at the World Health Organization, both in Geneva, Switzerland, from 2017 to 2018.

Vishal Punwani began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 10, refurbishing computers with his brother. This early venture laid the foundation for his future endeavors in entrepreneurship. He continues to engage with startups as a Startup Advisor at both Harvard Innovation Labs and the University of Oxford, roles he has held since 2018 and 2020, respectively.
