Beatrice Nasui has been employed at Hatch since 2005, holding various roles over the years. She currently serves as the Lead Planner for the Eastern Canada Region and the Eastern North America Region, positions she has held since 2020 and 2017, respectively. Prior to her current roles, she worked as a Planner / Project Controls from 2005 to 2010 and as Lead Planner from 2010 to 2016. Throughout her tenure at Hatch, she has contributed to significant projects, including the AP60 Phase I and the Gahcho Kué Diamond Processing Plant.
Education and Expertise
Beatrice Nasui holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dunarea de Jos University in Galati, which she completed from 1991 to 1996. She furthered her education at École Polytechnique de Montréal, where she earned a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Project Management of Technological Projects from 2001 to 2004. Her expertise includes mastery in Primavera P6 and proficiency in various planning and scheduling tools such as Synchro, OPRA, Schedule Analyzer, and Acumen Fuse.
Background
Before joining Hatch, Beatrice Nasui worked at Hydro-Québec as an Advisor in Planning and Scheduling from 2016 to 2017. She has participated in the execution phase of three mega projects, with a total installed cost exceeding 1 billion dollars, gaining experience on both the EPCM consultant and owner sides. Her background includes extensive experience in Schedule Risk Management and EPCM Control, utilizing the Earned Value method.
