Camille Dominguez serves as the Head of Water Infrastructure for the U.S.A. and South America at Hatch. In this role, she leads water infrastructure projects across both regions, focusing on enhancing water supply systems and wastewater management practices. Her leadership is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that address the unique water resource challenges faced in these areas.
Previous Experience at WSP USA
Prior to her current position, Camille Dominguez held multiple roles at WSP USA. She was the Vice President from 2021 to 2022 and served as the Florida District Water Business Line Leader during the same period. Her earlier roles included U.S. Director of Project Operations for Water & Environment from 2017 to 2021 and Lead Engineer/Project Manager from 2013 to 2016. She also worked as a Supervising Engineer/Sr Project Manager from 2016 to 2017.
Education and Expertise
Camille Dominguez earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Florida International University - College of Business, studying from 2011 to 2013. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where she studied from 2000 to 2005. Her expertise lies in expanding and strengthening client relationships at municipal, state, and federal levels within the water resources sector.
Early Career at South Florida Water Management District
Before her tenure at WSP USA, Camille Dominguez worked as a Civil Engineer at the South Florida Water Management District from 2009 to 2013. In this role, she contributed to various water management projects in West Palm Beach, Florida, gaining valuable experience in the field of water resources.
