He also worked at Gannett Fleming as Senior Vice President of Water and SE Operations and as Director of the Water Business Line.
Education and Expertise
Luis Casado earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he studied from 1991 to 1992. He also completed a Civil Engineering degree at the same institution between 1989 and 1991. Additionally, he participated in Leadership Florida Class XXIX and completed the Senior Executive Institute Certificate from the American Council of Engineering Companies.
