He then served as Engineering Manager for Metals Enterprises in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, for nine months in 2005 to 2006. His early career laid the foundation for his later roles at Hatch, where he has developed expertise in construction management and project integration.
Achievements
Martin Cartier has been involved in the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) project since its inception in 2017. He has played a key role in its implementation, which aims to create the fourth largest automated transportation system globally. His contributions have also been significant in the largest public transportation infrastructure project in the Greater Montréal area since the inauguration of the Montréal metro in 1966.
