Rock Villeneuve studied Architectural Technology at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1987 to 1989. He furthered his education in Construction Management at the University of Waterloo, achieving an Advanced Certificate in 2006. Additionally, he completed a program at the Canadian Construction Association, obtaining Gold Seal Certification in 2006.
