Rustam Kudyakov holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University at Albany, SUNY, which he earned from 2000 to 2002. He also completed his medical education at the 1st Tashkent State Medical Institute, obtaining his MD from 1991 to 1997. Additionally, Kudyakov studied nursing at Tashkent State Nursing College, where he achieved his nursing qualification from 1988 to 1991.
Research and Early Career
Kudyakov began his career in research, working as a Research Assistant for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 1998 to 2000. He also served as a Research Fellow at the SUNY Research Foundation from 2004 to 2006 and worked as an HIS/M&E Coordinator at Abt Associates from 2002 to 2004. These roles contributed to his foundational knowledge in health informatics and analytics.
