During his time at Luther College, Ruivaldo held several positions. He served as Head of Public Relations for ISAA from 2020 to 2021 for seven months and worked as a Collaborative Research assistant for six months in 2021. He also managed operations as a Sodexo Student Manager from 2019 to 2021 for two years.
