Earlier, she held the position of Research/Planning Analyst from 2010 to 2012, focusing on data analysis and research support for health policy development.

Andrea Proctor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cognitive Psychology from Northwestern University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
