Cyndi Cossais serves as the I&IT Senior Business Relationship Manager at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where she coordinates I&IT business consulting services and participates in cross-jurisdictional projects. She has extensive experience in education and training management, having held various leadership roles in both educational institutions and government organizations.

Cyndi Cossais serves as the I&IT Senior Business Relationship Manager at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. In this role, she participates in enterprise-wide and cross-jurisdictional projects and activities within the Health Services I&IT Cluster. She coordinates the provision of complete I&IT business consulting services for a diverse set of client groups within the ministry.
Previous Experience in Education Management
Cyndi has held several positions in the education sector. She worked as the Service Delivery Manager at the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities for five months in Belleville, ON, from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Adult Education and Training at the Keewatin Patricia District School Board from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, she served as the Program Development Coordinator at the same school board from 2007 to 2012.
Marketing and Recruitment Management
Cyndi was the Manager of Marketing & Recruitment at the First Nation Technical Institute from 2013 to 2014 in Tyendinaga Mohawk Ter., ON. In this capacity, she was responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain students, contributing to the institute's growth and outreach efforts.
Educational Background and Qualifications
Cyndi graduated from Brock University with a focus on Adult Education, completing the Adult Education Program from 2012 to 2014. She also studied at The University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business, where she earned an Organizational Management Certificate. Additionally, she studied Economic Development at the University of Waterloo.
Leadership and Community Engagement
Cyndi has a proven track record of inspiring collective action. Her tenure as executive director of the Northwest Training and Adjustment Board from 1997 to 2001 highlights her leadership in labour force development. She has spearheaded entrepreneurial activities in highly regulated education environments, ensuring compliance and achievement of outcomes.
