Previous Experience in Government Services
Prior to his current role, Jayson Moon worked at the Ministry of Government Services as a Lead Service Desk Activator from 2006 to 2008. He also held the position of Account Manager at the same ministry for one year. His experience includes serving as the IT Service Management Lead from 2008 to 2011, where he contributed to the development and implementation of IT service management practices.
Experience in IT Management
Jayson Moon has extensive experience in IT management, having worked as the IT Manager for Ambulance Dispatch Systems at the Government of Ontario from 2010 to 2013. He also served as the Lead ITSM Service Strategy and Design at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care from 2013 to 2015, focusing on strategic IT service management initiatives.

Jayson Moon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Lakehead University, where he studied from 1995 to 1999. This educational foundation has supported his career in public service and IT management.
