Her earlier experience includes roles at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health, where she was a Senior Policy Analyst from 2011 to 2013 and an Executive Intern in 2010.

Jen Simon began her career as a Research Analyst at the University of Regina's Paul J Hill School of Business, focusing on Personal Health Information and e-Government from 2009 to 2011.
