Kamil Malikov holds a Master's Degree in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, which he completed from 1998 to 1999. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Financial Management from McMaster University between 2003 and 2006. His foundational education includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from North-Western State Medical University, which he completed from 1983 to 1989.
