Tracy Empringham serves as the Change Management & Training Lead at the Ontario Ministry of Health. Previous Experience in Project Management
Tracy has held multiple project management roles within the Ontario government. Notably, she worked as a Project Manager for the FFS - FTE Conversion Project at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in 2007. She also managed the I&IT Baseline Review Project at the Office of the Corporate Chief Strategist in 2005 and the Integrated Justice Project at the Ministry of Community Safety & Correctional Services from 2002 to 2003.
