Keri Horn worked in multi-site senior housing management for seven years. During this period, she notably served as a Regional Operations Director, where she managed 14 assisted and independent living communities. Her role involved overseeing day-to-day operations, enhancing resident services, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

In 2013, Keri Horn transitioned into the animal healthcare industry. She served as Regional Operations Director at VCA, managing 23 general practice animal hospitals in Illinois and Milwaukee. Her responsibilities included overseeing facility operations, improving service delivery, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. In 2017, she joined Pathway Vet Alliance, where she is responsible for the operations of general practice and specialty/ER hybrid hospitals in the eastern United States.
