He worked at Cisco as Head of Automation Strategy and Growth for Cisco Internet for the Future from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, he held positions at Amazon.com as Director of Kindle Enterprise, and at Cisco Jasper as Head of Broadband IoT Products. His career also includes roles at IAC, Accenture, and AT&T Wireless.

Marc Austin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, studying from 1988 to 1992.
