Her experience also includes significant roles at Sandvik, where she was the Director of Human Resources from 2008 to 2010 and the Global Human Resources Director from 2010 to 2016.

Donna Burdge earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University. Her expertise includes leadership and assessment models, as she is a certified facilitator in Development Dimensions International (DDI) and the Predictive Index (PI).
