He served as General Manager & Managing Director for Hybrid IT & Cloud in South East Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong from 2016 to 2018, based in Singapore. He also held the position of Managing Director for Growth Markets from 2012 to 2013 and was General Manager & Managing Director for Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking & Cloud from 2009 to 2012. His earlier role at HP included Director of Sales for the Enterprise Systems Group from 2002 to 2004 in Mumbai.
Education and Expertise
Hemant Tiwari has an extensive educational background in technology and management. He studied Electronics and earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology from 1975 to 1980. He also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Electronic Design Technology at the Indian Institute of Science in 1981. In addition, he pursued further education in Blockchain at the University of Oxford and in IoT at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018, enhancing his knowledge in emerging technologies.
