About Olufemi Palmer
I graduated the University of Pennsylvania with a degree Economics after attending a STEM-focused magnet school in New Jersey. I started my professional career at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant in the New York office after serving as an interim CFO to a YC(S17) Startup (Releaf). I leveraged my experience in operations and early stage startups to found 3 companies in the staffing, consulting, and technology industries. Through my professional and educational experience, I have developed a passion for entrepreneurship, social empowerment, and education. I am passionate about mentoring other entrepreneurs and served as a mentor for Techstars in the 2023 Social Impact winter cohort. Outside of entrepreneurship, I am a proud alumnus of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO Career). These non profit organizations helped me to advance my career in finance and consulting and have inspired me to prioritize giving back to others. I joined hellohive to further pursue my mission of connecting diverse talent from all backgrounds to opportunities that can contribute to social mobility.
