Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, he managed business acquisition operations and strategies in North America. His tenure contributed to strengthening Alipay's footprint in the region, leveraging his in-depth knowledge of the payments industry and extensive network to establish key partnerships.

Tao (Reno) Wang worked at Alibaba Group from 2017 to 2019 as the Director and Head of International Air Ticket Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, achieved from 2001 to 2005. Before transitioning to corporate roles, Tao (Reno) Wang accumulated significant experience in research and consulting. He worked as a Senior Operations Research Consultant at Sabre Corporation from 2014 to 2017 in Southlake, TX, and previously as a Senior Operations Research Developer at Sabre Airline Solutions from 2013 to 2014 in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Earlier, he held roles including Research Intern at Xerox in Webster, NY, and Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology in Greater Atlanta Area. These positions allowed him to hone his analytical and problem-solving skills.
