About Coco Fossland Sellman

Since 1998, Coco has been on a mission to align business purpose with profit. As a serial entrepreneur and a consultant to founders, Coco has founded six businesses and supported the launch and growth of hundreds of organizations. Most recently, Coco was the founder of Allumé Home Care, a home health company serving medically fragile children and adults. Allumé merged with All Pointe Care in 2021, creating the second-largest provider of in-home pediatric nursing in the state of Connecticut; Coco now sits on the board. In 2023, Coco is launching a new venture, A Force for Good, an ecosystem for purpose-led women founders. We provide a network of advisors and investors to help women founders exponentially grow and prosper. Through our Accelerator, we help women founders overcome the challenges of accessing the funding they need to create the high-impact, high-growth companies they envision. A book of the same title is coming out Fall 2024. Currently, Coco is also on the Leadership Circle of How Women Lead, a member of 37 Angels, and a Founder Institute Mentor. In the past, Coco founded WorldChangingBusiness and The Trust Leadership Institute; she also co-founded Zoe Collection and Three Bees Chocolates. Over the course of her career, as consultant and coach, Coco has worked with hundreds of founders to grow successful, sustainable businesses that bring good to the world. She has also served on several nonprofit boards including, the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home (current Chair, past Government Relations Chair), Worldwide Orphans (Chair of Strategic Planning), the Oliver Wolcott Library (Finance Committee, Trustees Committee and Auction Committee), Washington Montessori School (Past Chair), and Standing Tall (former Executive Director).
