He worked as a Project Management Officer for seven months in 2008, followed by roles as Manager of Digital Channels & CRMS from 2009 to 2011, and as Manager of Direct Sales and Partnership Sales Management from 2011 to 2014. He also served as Manager of Contact Center Sales and Partnership Sales Management from 2014 to 2015, and as Vice President of Contact Center Sales & Partnership Sales Management from 2015 to 2020.
Education and Expertise
Phuc Bui has a solid educational background, having studied at the National University - HCMC where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. He is also a CFA Candidate, having studied at the CFA Institute. Additionally, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Centre Franco-Vietnamien De Formation à la Gestion (CFVG) from 2011 to 2013.
Achievements and Contributions
Phuc Bui has made significant contributions to HSBC Vietnam, including establishing the customer retention function for personal lending and credit card products. He set up and led the Card Digital Sales business and participated in the HSBC Group's Accelerated Development Program from 2016 to 2017. He also took part in the HSBC Leadership Development Program in 2014. His efforts in fraud prevention earned him the Fraud Prevention Hero Award in both 2016 and 2017.
