Following this role, he served as IT Delivery Head from 2015 to 2017. After a brief hiatus, he returned to HSBC as Head of IT from 2018 to 2020. Currently, he is the IT Delivery Head - Operations IT, a position he has held since 2017. He leads the Engineering Practice for 11 EU countries, focusing on complex implementations. He operates in a full DevOps mode for EU-wide applications support and engineering, demonstrating his commitment to advancing IT operations within the organization.
