Earlier, she served as a Training Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison (2009-2010) and a Corporate Trainer in multiple corporate settings in Noida, India (2007-2009). Additionally, she was a Training Coordinator at The Leprosy Mission (2007-2008) and Drishtee Foundation (2006-2007). Shalini began her career as a Trainer at UNNATI (1993-1997) and as a Training Coordinator at Nehru Foundation for Development, VIKSAT (1991-1993).

Educational Background

Shalini Nair has a strong academic background in social sciences and organizational development. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Urban and Rural Community Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (1989-1991). She also received a BA Honours in Psychology from Indraprastha College (1986-1989). Furthering her expertise, she completed an Organizational Development Certificate Program (ODCP) from the Indian Institute of Organizational Development in 2010. Her educational journey began with her schooling at Notre Dame Academy, where she studied subjects including English, Physics, and Maths until 1985.
