With over 14 years of people management experience, sales, and business development, I am passionate about empowering startups to scale and succeed. My journey has been marked by impactful partnerships, remarkable growth, unwavering diversity advocacy, and educational leadership. Armed with an MBA and enriched by my education from Harvard University and Columbia Business School, I bring a strategic perspective to my roles. Currently, I lead the HubSpot for Startups team in the Americas, where I lead a team that partners with entrepreneurial organizations, providing them with the resources, education, and tools necessary to foster their growth using HubSpot. This role has allowed me to excel in forging strategic partnerships and achieving a remarkable 144% MRR growth within just six months. My dedication to diversity and inclusion is further realized through my position as an Executive Advisory Board Member at Lesbians Who Tech & Allies. Here, I contribute to creating a space that promotes diversity for LGBTQ+ women, people of color, non-binary, and trans leaders in the tech and business sectors. Through my content creation efforts, I've empowered over 8,000 startup founders with upskilling, and my involvement with the RISE network underscores my commitment to mentoring underrepresented employees.
