About Fang Shen
I am a transactional attorney leading the Asia Client Service at Husch Blackwell, a corporate law firm with over 700 attorneys in 19 offices. My practice concentrates on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, loans and financing transactions, corporate law matters, and global manufacturing and distribution. Although I have significant experience in the food and agribusiness industry, I also represent a wide range of clients, including public and private companies as well as individuals, startups, emerging companies and large corporations. I am fluent in Chinese and English which is beneficial to my role as the firm’s Asia Client Service team leader. I received my legal education in the United States and China which enables me to counsel U.S. businesses expanding to China and Chinese companies for their legal needs in the United States.
