About Myers Dill
I am a patent attorney registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I help clients protect their valuable assets by preparing and prosecuting patent applications and conducting freedom to operate and patentability searches. My skills and disciplined-nature make me enjoy performing due diligence for clients so they may consider all the necessary factors before deciding whether to buy technologies and/or brands associated with a business target. I also devote a significant portion of his practice to helping clients draft and negotiate software development and licensing agreements. I use my degree in biomedical engineering and experience in the pharmaceutical industry to work with clients in a range of technology areas, including medical devices, consumer products and control systems. I often work hand in hand with individual entrepreneurs and private startup companies, including those affiliated with St. Louis’ Cortex Innovation Community. As Startups mature in their businesses, I help them navigate an often challenging legal environment by identifying when to spend their precious resources on legal services.
