With 10 years of experience in strategy, market research, and entrepreneurship, Maeve leads a passionate team of scientists, designers, and craftsmen who are scaling the 200-year-old craft of bespoke shoemaking using AI, advanced manufacturing, and science-led design. Maeve's vision is to bring personalization and size-inclusion to an industry that has been long plagued by uniformity and mass-production. She leverages her background in software technology and her previous roles as a Bain consultant and a VP of Delos Ventures, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies and invested in wellness, wearables, and data analytics technologies. Maeve graduated from Harvard with a degree in Government and Economics. She is also a recipient of the U.S. National Science Foundation grant for IAMBIC's groundbreaking footwear that is both modern and supports foot health.
