In 2006, he pursued continuing education in Management at SAFRAN University for 11 months. He further enhanced his qualifications by obtaining an MBA from RSM Erasmus Universiteit in 2012.

Early Career and Relevant Experience

Before joining IBA, Grégory Saive gained experience in various roles. He worked as a Design Engineer and Structure and Vibration Expert at Techspace Aero from 2005 to 2008. He also served as an Advanced Concept Team Trainee at ESA/ESTEC for five months in 2003. Additionally, he was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Liège from 2004 to 2005, contributing to his academic and professional development.
