Emma Chen serves as the Head of Business Development for Greater China at ICIS since 2020. In this role, she acts as the face of ICIS China, ensuring consistency across teams and removing barriers to enhance operational efficiency. She leads the inside sales team, managing both inbound and outbound lead activities within the APAC region. Her responsibilities include aligning the business development team’s KPIs and KPOs with those of EMEA and Americas, demonstrating her capability in strategic oversight.

She earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Language Interpretation and Translation from China Foreign Affairs University, studying from 2011 to 2013.
