Current Role as Experience Lead
Andrea Oh serves as the Experience Lead at IDEO, a position she has held since 2020 in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, she develops localized employee and client experiences by planning and leading workshops, meetings, creative exercises, and cultural celebrations. She acts as the primary contact for cohort questions during the onboarding program and manages IDEO's cultural programming and event production for over 400 employees, contractors, clients, and external partners.
