She also held the position of Vice President of Corporate Finance and Strategy at CWB for 10 months in 2012 to 2013. Her earlier experience includes serving as Treasurer at CWB from 2005 to 2012. This diverse background has equipped her with extensive knowledge in finance and corporate strategy.
Education and Expertise
Andrea Carlson holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba, which she completed from 1987 to 1992. She further enhanced her expertise by studying at the CFA Institute, where she achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from 1996 to 1999. In 2016, she completed FEI Canada's CFO Leadership Beyond Finance Program. Additionally, she has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Wine Steward from the International Sommelier Guild in 2012 and an Influential Leader Certificate from the Niagara Institute from 2009 to 2011.
