In this role, she focuses on ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and managing privacy-related initiatives within the organization. Prior to this, she worked as the Privacy & Data Protection Manager at Incognia for six months in 2022.
Previous Experience at Deloitte
Dayana worked at Deloitte as a Compliance Manager from 2020 to 2021. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of digital law and data protection. She also held the position of Senior Lawyer specializing in Digital Law and Data Protection at Deloitte from 2019 to 2020.

Dayana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo, which she completed from 2008 to 2012. She furthered her education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Electronic Law from Escola Paulista de Direito between 2016 and 2017. Involvement with OAB SP
Since 2022, Dayana has been an active member of the Special Commission on Privacy and Data Protection at OAB SP in São Paulo, Brazil. She also serves as the Vice-President of the Digital Law Commission of OAB de Santo Amaro, a role she has held since 2017. Her involvement in these commissions highlights her commitment to advancing privacy and data protection standards in the legal community.
Teaching Experience
Dayana has contributed to legal education as a guest professor at Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo from 2020 to 2021. She also served as a content professor for the Postgraduate Course in Digital Law and Data Protection at Escola Brasileira de Direito in 2019.
