I'm leading teams through change and delivery, relying on empathy and storytelling as a tool for building trusting, authentic, vulnerable, diverse, and inclusive communities. I've written software for commercial jets and for heavy trucks, designed enterprise systems like a network of EV charging stations, and written control software for electron microscopes. I'm a proud transgender woman, living my truth and supporting others to do the same. While I rarely look back, I'm told I leave a trail of rainbows and compassionate honesty behind me. I reside and work on land taken from the Multnomah, Clackamas, Chinook, Tualatin Kathlamet, Kalapuya, and Mollala peoples, as well as many other tribes and bands.
