With over 14 years of experience in investing, I am a corporate development professional at Indeed, the world's leading job site and a subsidiary of Recruit Holdings. I have an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University, which enable me to combine business acumen, technical knowledge, and analytical skills in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic, long-term investments in the HR Tech sector. Before joining Indeed, I founded and ran Tectonic Research, a data-driven enterprise software investment research firm that provided insights and analysis to institutional and individual investors. I also co-founded a public equity investment firm backed by one of the most respected families in the world, and served as the TMT sector head for a newly formed global hedge fund. Additionally, I have invested in software, cloud computing, healthcare IT, and internet companies in the US and China, both long and short, with a focus on value, quality, and growth. I have a track record of generating alpha and delivering superior returns across different market cycles and geographies.
