Extensive time spent with our Legal team has given me a broad understanding of the legal structure needed to operate a business as well a giving me the ability to quickly asses the details of a proposed agreement and articulate the areas that need resolution in order to complete, providing not only a quicker path to execution of agreements, but also allowing me to serve as a central point of knowledge for inquiries from the sales and account management teams.
