Her educational background provides a strong foundation for her expertise in human resources and management.

Background

Before joining Inria, Emeline Henriet gained diverse experience in human resources and recruitment roles. She worked at Amadeus IT Group as a Recruitment Specialist and as a Recruitment Coordinator for eight years. Additionally, she held positions as a Human Resources Assistant and Generalist during her apprenticeships at Amadeus and ST-Ericsson. Her earlier work experience includes a role at HMV in Dublin, where she served as Cash Office Responsible, Salesperson, and Cashier.

Achievements

In her current role at Inria, Emeline Henriet has successfully managed the quality of work life and occupational health, including the scheduling of on-site medical visits and Mgen consultations. She has also played a key role in the integration of doctoral students, ensuring their individual and collective follow-up. Her initiative in organizing seminars for new arrivals reflects her commitment to enhancing the onboarding experience within the organization.
