He studied at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, where he earned the title of Ingenieur civil des mines from 1993 to 1996. He further pursued his studies at Institut national polytechnique de Lorraine, obtaining a PhD in Radiosity Light Simulation from 1997 to 2000. He also completed an Ingenieur degree in Computer Sciences at the same institution from 1993 to 1996.
