Internships and Early Career

Gustavo Banegas began his professional career with various internships that provided him with valuable experience. He interned at Riscure for three months in 2017 in the Delft Area, Netherlands, and at CryptoExperts for two months in 2018 in the Paris Area, France. Additionally, he worked as a HelpDesk at UDESC for ten months in 2007 and as a Software Tester at Pixeon Medical Systems for nine months in 2009. These roles contributed to his development in the technology sector.

Research Contributions

During his PhD studies, Gustavo Banegas participated in the ECRYPT-NET project, a European Union-financed initiative under the Horizon 2020 program.
