About Aditya Badve
Competencies: Python/C++, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Data Structures & Algorithms, Machine Learning, and Data Science. I absolutely love working on complex problems, diving deep into the nitty-gritty and writing clean high-quality code to solve the problem. I've always been great at critical thinking and quickly learning new skills, and also have a strong ability to figure things out. I am a curious person and thoroughly enjoy learning new skills that help me become a better software engineer. I’m currently working as a Graduate Student Researcher and work on solving problems in the computer vision domain using deep learning. I am hands-on in all stages of the software development, from planning, design and implementation to testing and deployment. My daily tasks generally involve brainstorming ideas, converting ideas to code, testing and then brainstorming and introducing improvements. I truly believe that advancements in software engineering (eg: computer vision, deep learning) have the power to transform and improve the lives of billions of people around the world. In my free time, I love learning more about personal finance and reading/listening to books about productivity or self-help. I also enjoy watching thriller movies and trying out new food recipes!
