I’ve been in the Semi-conductor industry for over 23yrs. Positions held range from Sustaining Engineer responsible for process related issues for both a 4” as well as a 6” low volume Engineering led Fab. Operations Manager in a high volume factory managing the development and growth of both employees and process for an 86X platform. Shift Manager developing the long term strategic plan to achieve best in class performance for Safety, Quality, Output and Cost to my current role as the Industrial Engineer & MFG/Engineering Manager. I’ve led taskforce efforts for factory wide limiters, performed numerous Engineering Group Leader rotations, and facilitated several cross-departmental teams to reduce bureaucracy and increase communication. Given my vast background, sustaining and operational experience, I’m very well versed on what it takes to bring general manufacturing operations online.
