International Development practitioner and business expert with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to make a difference in the world. 7+ years of experience in SME growth, SME finance, human capital development and labor market, and digital agriculture focused on digital & financial inclusion and job creation - developing, managing and collaborating on successful enterprises, nonprofits organizations and government projects totalling US$9+ billion with multinational teams across Sub-Saharan Africa, America, Asia, and Europe. I have worked on high-impact projects for the World Bank, U.S. Embassy Nigeria, USADF, USAID, Ashoka, and other International donors focused on increasing youth employment opportunities in Africa and attracting development financing for businesses and MSMEs—particularly women-owned. Interested in the intersection between policy, tech and economic development/finance. Passionate about technology-driven approach for financial inclusion.
