About Paul Rukundo
Mr. Paul B. Rukundo holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs Development focusing on key development issues such as gender equality and women’s rights issues in the areas of education, public health, employment, and ending violence against women and girls in developing countries. He has also worked in the field of journalism, writing, reporting and communication on behalf of media houses and international development organizations. He is interested in research, programmatic, and administrative opportunities. He has strong qualitative and quantitative research skills. He has experience in interviewing, annotation, and preparation of budgets. He has almost four years experience working with media houses and International Organizations such as the UN. He worked for a year and a half with UN Women’s HeForShe Initiative as Communications Assistant and as part of UN Women’s EmpowerWomen team. Prior to that, he had worked as a journalist in Uganda for one year and another year did a graduate internship in Cape Town, South Africa, both of which encompassed work with public health, low income housing, and education.
