Stacey Sutton studied Psychology at Norfolk State University from 1992 to 1994, where she completed two years of coursework. She later achieved an Associate's Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Her educational background provides a foundation for her work in member services and pro bono programming at INTA.

Before joining the International Trademark Association, Stacey Sutton worked in various roles that contributed to her professional development. She was a Telemarketing Manager at Bookspan from 1998 to 2003. Following that, she worked at Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Customer Service representative from 2003 to 2007. These positions helped her build skills in communication and customer relations.

Stacey Sutton is actively involved in organizing virtual pro bono programs focused on European Union trademarks. She contributes to the development of programming that informs new audiences about the pro bono clearinghouse.
