She coordinates both internal and external audit visits for these entities, ensuring compliance with IPG Group Policies. Additionally, she leads the implementation of new finance systems for Russian entities and oversees their onboarding to the Group Policies' Pool.

Prior to her current position, Olga Kokh held several finance roles. She worked as a Finance Manager at McDonald's from 2013 to 2016 in Moscow, where she gained significant experience in financial management. Before that, she served as an Audit Consultant and Senior Audit Consultant at PwC from 2009 to 2013, and as an Audit Intern at Ernst & Young in 2009. She also interned in the Fixed Income & Derivatives Department at Alfa-Bank in 2008.
Education and Professional Qualifications
Olga Kokh achieved an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA in 2012. She became a Member of the Association in 2013 after completing her studies at ACCA from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, she holds a Specialist degree in Finance from the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov, where she studied Operations with Securities from 2004 to 2009.
Compliance and Audit Responsibilities
In her role at Interpublic Group, Olga Kokh is responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP for annual budgets and projections of Russian entities. She also manages the remediation of identified control deficiencies as part of SOX compliance for these entities.
