Teresa Zick began her career in human resources at Zimbrick Inc. as a Benefits Coordinator from 2005 to 2007. She then worked at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics as a Benefits Specialist/Leave Coordinator from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, she spent 11 years at the American Red Cross, where she held the position of Apheresis Program Assistant/Customer Service Supervisor from 2002 to 2013. These roles contributed to her extensive experience in the field.
